Profile material and thickness:

High quality aluminum alloy profiles are mostly made of high-strength aluminum alloys of 6063-T5 or 6061-T6 models, with high purity, low impurities, and a heavy hand feel. The national standard requires a profile wall thickness of ≥ 1.4mm for casement windows and ≥ 1.2mm for sliding windows (it is recommended to choose a thicker thickness of 1.6mm or more for high-rise or high wind pressure areas). It can be measured with a caliper to avoid merchants using "nominal thickness" (including coating) to impersonate actual wall thickness.
